		<description>Looks like the problem was on my end. After clearing all cookies and cache I was able to get back in. Thanks to a friend for listening to me whine about the 5 days of downtime and point out that he's been using the site with no problem - next time I'll test with my other browser before assuming the site is indeed down.</description>

		<description>That would leave me pretty frustrated too. I understand how any site can have problems. But I do like a certain amount of courtesy. A wet floor sign on a wet floor (after an hour) isn't really too much to ask. Unless they have no wet floor signs, but if my banking website has no coders who can put up a simple explanation...then there's a much bigger problem.</description>
