		<description>I'm with Kira. If you could pay down all your credit cards and be in a stronger financial position to get more traditional financing, I think you'd be better off.

Sinking money into a fixer upper isn't fun and having the cash money to use for repairs will be really important. Waiting just that much more will make the home purchase less of a headache.</description>

		<description>Wow, yeah, it definitely sounds like renting would be better for you right now. If you are only paying interest for the first 5 years, but you don't think you'll be in the house very long, you could easily end up upside down after a few years, and after having spent all that money on the mortgage you won't have the savings to get out of it.</description>
